1. General Information

👩💼 Who are your therapists?
Most of our therapists are experienced Asian females, professionally trained and licensed. They’re selected for their skill, care, and professionalism.
🖼️ Can I choose by photo?
We don’t send photos for privacy and safety reasons. It also helps prevent abuse.
If seeing photos is important to you, we suggest visiting other local shops instead.
🤔 If I don’t like the therapist?
Our therapists are carefully chosen, but we respect your choice. If you don’t like her after meeting, you can cancel and just pay the taxi fare (CNY 100 – city center).
2. Hours & Area
🕒 What are your service hours?
We operate daily from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
🗺️ Do you serve all parts of Chengdu?
We cover most hotels in Chengdu’s main area.
If your hotel is farther out, it may take more time and cost more for the taxi.
3. Booking
📅 How do I book?
Simply book online to schedule your session. Same-day bookings are available, early 1-2 hours recommended.
⏱️ How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 50 or 60 minutes. This depends on the service you book.
⏱️ Can I add more time?
Yes. You can add more time by half sessions, with an extra fee. Just ask your therapist in advance or during the massage if possible.
🌙 How late can I book?
You can book as late as 2:00 am, just make sure to book at least 30 minutes in advance.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Please tell us at least 1 hour in advance. If the therapist is already on the way, you’ll need to pay the taxi fare.
4. Therapist Arrives
⚡How soon can a therapist arrive?
Usually within 30 minutes after booking in the city center. It may take longer if you’re farther out.
🎒 Will the therapist bring anything?
Yes. She brings massage oil and and everything else needed for the session.
🏨 Do I need to notify the hotel?
Usually no. We’ll tell you if your hotel needs notice or approval.
⏰ Can I request a specific arrival time?
Yes. We’ll do our best to match your request, where reasonable. When booking online, the available time will be displayed
5. Pricing & Payment
💵 What are the prices?
Prices depend on the massage type and duration. Check Prices page for details. Taxi fare is extra, based on your distance.
🚕 Are taxi fares included?
No. Taxi fare is charged separately.
💳 How can I pay?
You can pay by Cash, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
Cash can be in CNY (RMB) or in major foreign money like USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, or HKD.
You can link your credit card to Alipay or WeChat Pay (ID check needed).
Sorry, we don’t take credit cards directly or other apps.
🎁 Do I need to tip?
Tipping is optional, but appreciated for great service.
6. Privacy & Safety
